 Conditions of use

1. Non-custodial Nature: Miraclebox is a software-based wallet that allows users to manage their digital assets independently. It does not store or control users’ private keys or digital assets. Users are solely responsible for securing their private keys and managing their digital assets. You are the sole owner of access to your funds in the wallet.
2. Security Risks: Despite Miraclebox’s implementation of security measures to protect local login systems and transactions, users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with using digital wallets, including but not limited to hacking, phishing attacks, malicious software, and loss of access to digital assets due to forgotten passwords or other user errors.
3. Password Security: All locally generated passwords should be securely stored, as well as recovery phrases. Do not leave your passphrase on your computer or phone. Print and store securely. They enable the use of the MiracleBox wallet as well as the ability to use any other noncustodial wallet supporting 24-word recovery phrases. Never disclose your passphrase to your wallet to anyone. We will never ask for it.
4. No Financial Advice: Miraclebox does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Users are solely responsible for their own financial decisions and should conduct their own research or consult with a qualified professional before engaging in any transactions or investments using the wallet.
5. Fund Loss: Users understand and accept that transactions made through Miraclebox are irreversible and cannot be undone. Users are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming any transactions. Miraclebox is not liable for any losses of digital assets resulting from user errors, hacking, or unauthorized access to user accounts.
6. Compliance with Regulations: Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations, regulations, and tax requirements in their jurisdiction regarding the use of digital assets and wallets. Miraclebox does not guarantee compliance with any specific regulatory requirements.
7. Availability: Miraclebox strives to maintain the availability and reliability of its services, but users acknowledge that the wallet may be subject to downtime or disruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. Miraclebox is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from such disruptions.
8. Acceptance of Terms: By using Miraclebox, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this disclaimer clause. Users should discontinue using the wallet if they do not agree with any part of this disclaimer clause.
9. Clause Updates: Miraclebox reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer clause at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to regularly check the disclaimer clause for any changes.
10. Related Services: You may also access certain services and products offered by our affiliated entities through the Miraclebox application. Such services and products are subject to separate terms.
11. Fees and Limits: Your use of the Miraclebox application services may be subject to certain fees and limits, which will be deducted from Your Wallet as applicable. The list of applicable fees and limits is provided in the MIRACLEBOX Application or on the website and may be periodically updated by the Company. All applicable fees listed in the MIRACLEBOX application and on the website do not include any applicable taxes, and the actual charge will be increased to account for any applicable taxes. The Company will issue You a payment notification for any fees or amounts You owe Us. If such amount is not repaid within 14 days of the notification date, You confirm and authorize the Company to recover such amount from Your other accounts with the Company by debiting any assets on those accounts.
12. Legal Compliance: By accessing or using the services, You represent and warrant that You will not use any of the services if the laws applicable to You due to Your country of residence and/or citizenship prohibit You from doing so under this Agreement, and You acknowledge that the Company shall not be liable for compliance with or non-compliance with such laws. You represent and warrant that You will not use the services offered by the Company for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, blackmail, extortion, data theft, terrorism financing, or any other violent acts or prohibited market practices.
13. Full Capacity and Competence: By accepting the Terms, You hereby represent and warrant that You are fully capable and competent to accept the Terms, conditions, and obligations and to make the representations, statements, and warranties set forth in this Agreement and to comply with and abide by this Agreement. Furthermore, You represent that You are legally authorized to use the services in Your jurisdiction, including owning digital cryptocurrency or tokens (“Digital Assets”) and interacting with the Miraclebox application in any way.
